Classes

The facilities here at Body Construction include a classroom where professional instructors offer group sessions for those of us who need a strict schedule in order to stay on the wagon.

Athletic Conditioning (AC): Test your true grit! An intense sports drill involving circuit training, weights, and abdominal work.

Athletic Step (AS): An intense step class involving minimal choreography. This class can be easily modified to meet your needs

Total Body Conditioning (TBC): Developing and defining the major muscle groups of the entire body.

Yoga: A flexibility class incorporating yoga, PIlates, and Meridian stretching techniques.
