Training Philosophy:

It has been my experience that people gaining the most from personal exercise are those that are internally motivated. I see the role of the personal trainer to encourage those individuals and I believe this works best when sessions are fun and challenging for both the client and the trainer. A client of any age or condition, who adheres to a well balanced fitness program, uses proper form and exercises with sufficient intensity can expect to see positive results.
